woodburning tool on page 3 of 'war and peace'here we are at 1-11-11... that's a lot of oneness...
i found an old copy of 'war and peace' for $1 at a library sale a couple of months ago - it lays open beautifully whether you're on page 7 or 700. i started reading it around the solstice and finished it a couple of weeks later. now i'm going to draw and burn my way through it...

I have this book on my reading list but it keeps getting put to the bottom of the pile... One day perhaps, I like the idea of reading it with a book group like the lady above.

As for Dick Blick..... The postage is very expensive, so I will keep on looking here in the UK, I have found Shiva oil sticks so far but no Casein paints.

ReplyDeleteDear LH, After my post above I thought why not go to youtube and got the info I needed. I have to be shown how, I never could follow recipes either so there you go. Youtube was very helpful! Now I am going back a few posts to see what you said about removing the film. I'll let you know.
