I love this one - a lot! Cassandra, I think her name is. She is so delicate and sensitive she immediately senses people's pain and wants to comfort them. That little tender mark on her forehead is a bump from feeling the trauma of being human. It sometimes lessens but never completely heals. Cassandra works nights, editing books. The dark is comforting and cool to her and she can take a break from the crush of the busy world.
Wonderful soulful portrait Lynne :)
ReplyDeleteIs it not wonderful when one shows up with a sensitive soul. She is truly beautiful inside and outside.
ReplyDeleteThe perfect title for such a beautiful glimpse inside your soul.
ReplyDeleteI just love her and you. You make my soul sing. :)))
There's so much personality and deep thought sharing in her face.
ReplyDeleteShe is so soft and dreamy. It looks as if she is under a layer of wax, but you did not list that as part of the process. Nice work! Love the look.

And she looks the tiniest bit sad, as if she's leaving something she cares very much about for awhile.
