truth teller with pink hair and pink shoes ~ gouache, oil pastel, watercolors & colored pencil, 4" x 6"

(i got sorta mesmerized by these truth tellers...)

today at 5:30! the snow decides to stick!

  1. I love the photo. What atmosphere.

  2. ugh... snow... we have a deluge of rain... in my new place... lots of rain...
    great truth teller...xo

  3. that truth
    coming from her mouth
has a powerful force to it
coming from someone with pink hair and shoes
well that would get my attention!
    it's not raining here
    it is pouring
    and you have snow ~

  4. Haha.

    Surely i dream
A mirage wavering before my eyes in this sultry heat

Lovely. Lovely dream dear dreamer dreamed. ;)

  5. love the photo- a moment frozen in time.

  6. I'm so happy to see your faces appearing again on a regular basis. Her eyes look so indifferent as she's telling the truth--that makes me laugh.

  7. Oh Lynne! I am so happy to be here and I think I may be able to get this comment through.
I see (feel) the truth in this series...mine comes out a different way, but we are on the same realm of reality, I think.
I have been thinking of you a lot...and then saw you in a book I ordered...and then, well magical things are happening and I am joyful to be opened to it. You are a real sunbeam!
    Love, Lisa

  8. I think the 'truth-teller' is a very inspiring idea to work with. This is a lovely piece.

  9. Truth teller is lovely indeed, but your campfire is so beautiful to me, with the un-ending snow we are having, bursting out through the clouds one minute, and the next minute sunshine. You should see my garden! The plants are loving this, as your creek must be too. roxanne
